then we turn them into fully serviced properties under our hospitality/ management and offer each home to vetted members in proportion to their desired usage (100%, 50%, 25% or 12.5% in some cases)

in case of fractional ownership we match co-owners per each property according to their travel preferences/way of usage in order to utilize the property similar to full ownership for a fraction of a cost

we sell our properties exclusively to vetted buyers with a certain profile
